phndot Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "phndot," "we," "us," "our" refers to the phndot platform and the entity operating it under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• "Platform" refers to the phndot website accessible at phndot.net, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, bingo rooms, and related services.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the phndot Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a User upon successful completion of the phndot registration process.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, slot machines, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, and any other games of chance or skill available on the Platform.
• "Sportsbook" refers to the sports betting service offered by phndot, covering markets including but not limited to PBA, UAAP, NBA, UFC, boxing, and e-sports.
• "Funds" refers to Philippine Peso (PHP) amounts deposited into, held in, or withdrawn from a User's phndot Account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, free bets, cashback, or other incentive offered by phndot to eligible Users.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity, age, and eligibility to use the Platform.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the phndot Platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gaming law and is non-negotiable. phndot actively verifies user age at the point of registration and reserves the right to request additional age verification documentation at any time.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The phndot Platform is designed for use by individuals located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. phndot makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available in locations outside the Philippines.

2.3 Registration Requirements. To register, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You must also provide a government-issued Philippine identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, or SSS/GSIS ID) for KYC verification purposes.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual is entitled to register and maintain only one phndot Account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities where required.

2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to register or maintain an Account on the phndot Platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Individuals currently subject to a self-exclusion order via phndot or any PAGCOR-mandated exclusion register.
• Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of phndot or its affiliated game providers.
• Individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2.6 Account Accuracy. You agree to keep your registration information current and accurate. You may update your account details by contacting phndot Support via the 24/7 live chat widget. Material misrepresentation in your registration details is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your phndot login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify phndot Support if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.2 Account Activity. All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to be authorised by you unless you have notified phndot of a suspected security breach. phndot cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. phndot strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This adds a secondary verification step to the login process and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised account access.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). phndot is required to verify your identity before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. You agree to submit requested KYC documentation promptly. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

3.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phndot will attempt to contact you via your registered email address before applying any dormant account policy. Any applicable dormant account fees or procedures will be communicated to you in advance.

3.6 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your phndot Account at any time by contacting Support. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful KYC completion. phndot reserves the right to close Accounts that are found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phndot accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phndot does not charge additional conversion fees.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash, Maya, and InstaPay are generally credited to your Account in real time or within minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the processing schedule of the sending institution. 7-Eleven CLiQQ deposits are credited upon confirmation of the over-the-counter transaction.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days following successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. phndot reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

4.5 Own Funds Policy. You may only deposit funds into your phndot Account from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. phndot reserves the right to hold or return funds suspected of originating from a third-party source.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. phndot maintains AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160 as amended). Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) in accordance with phndot's legal obligations.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by phndot are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, validity periods, game contribution rates, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion on the phndot promotions page and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots may contribute 100%, while certain table games may contribute at a lower rate.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. phndot monitors account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated betting across multiple accounts, wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk, and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Eligibility. phndot reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus or promotion. Bonuses are generally available to verified accounts in good standing. phndot may withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, provided that existing wagering commitments on active bonuses are honoured.

5.5 Responsible Gaming Override. Players who have activated deposit limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion tools may not be eligible to claim certain bonuses during the period those tools are active. phndot's responsible gaming features take precedence over promotional participation.

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phndot Platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules apply to that game's operation, while these Terms and Conditions govern your account and platform usage.

6.2 Sportsbook Rules. Sports betting markets on phndot are governed by the phndot Sportsbook Rules, which detail how markets are settled, what happens when events are cancelled or postponed, how in-play betting operates, and how disputed outcomes are resolved. The Sportsbook Rules are available on the sportsbook section of the Platform.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or bet, phndot reserves the right to void the affected round or wager. Winnings generated from a demonstrable technical error are not valid and will not be paid. phndot will take reasonable steps to communicate any such voiding to affected users.

6.4 Maximum Winnings. phndot applies maximum single-session and single-bet win limits across its Games and Sportsbook. Current limits are available within the relevant game or betting interface. phndot reserves the right to withhold payment of any amounts exceeding applicable maximum win thresholds.

6.5 Bet Acceptance. phndot reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any wager at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable basis to suspect manipulation, rule violation, or system exploitation.

7.1 Commitment. phndot is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, and not a coping mechanism. phndot provides a suite of responsible gaming tools to help you stay in control of your play.

7.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phndot users via the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time-based notifications to alert you of your session duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen pop-ups displaying your net win/loss for the current session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a short break from gaming for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the phndot Platform for a defined period or permanently. Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

7.3 Age Verification. phndot strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to be registered by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated funds handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phndot Platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — whether in the platform software or in third-party game software. Any such exploitation must be reported to phndot Support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in multiplayer games, poker, or any contest where collaborative play provides an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Depositing funds originating from stolen payment instruments, fraudulent chargebacks, or third-party accounts not registered in your name.
• Attempting to circumvent phndot's security, access controls, or geographic restrictions through VPNs, proxies, or other technical means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phndot staff, Support agents, or other users via any communication channel.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the phndot Platform — including but not limited to the phndot brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of phndot or its licensed game and content providers. All rights are reserved.

9.2 Limited Licence. phndot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

9.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phndot Platform without express prior written permission from phndot. Screen recording or streaming of game content is subject to the terms of the relevant game provider.

10.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by phndot is governed by the phndot Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10.2 Data Protection. phndot processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your data is used to administer your Account, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with phndot's legal and regulatory obligations.

10.3 Communication. By registering a phndot Account, you consent to receiving transactional communications (account confirmations, deposit receipts, withdrawal notifications, security alerts) via your registered email address and mobile number. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by adjusting your Account notification preferences.

11.1 Platform Availability. While phndot aims to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond phndot's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications outages, natural disasters, or regulatory directives.

11.2 Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phndot's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of verified funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose. phndot is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

11.3 User Responsibility. You access and use the phndot Platform at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and account security measures are adequate. phndot is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain device or account security.

11.4 Third-Party Game Providers. Games available on the phndot Platform may be developed and operated by licensed third-party providers. phndot is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising within third-party game software, though phndot will work with the relevant provider to resolve issues affecting phndot users in a fair and timely manner.

12.1 Applicable Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable gaming regulations administered by PAGCOR, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act as amended.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and phndot arising from your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through phndot's internal complaint process, initiated by contacting phndot Support via the 24/7 live chat widget. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within a reasonable timeframe, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or court of competent jurisdiction.

12.3 Language. These Terms and Conditions are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

13.1 Right to Amend. phndot reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice for minor clarifications, and with reasonable advance notice for material changes.

13.2 Notification of Changes. Where a change is material — such as a change to bonus terms, withdrawal policies, or user eligibility requirements — phndot will notify registered users via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent on-site notification. The notification will specify the effective date of the revised terms.

13.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the phndot Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.6.
